Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology, and credit card payments are securely processed using Stripe. We also accept payment via PayPal, money orders and checks. Orders via check and money order payment are accepted within the US only and orders ship once payment is cleared with the bank (can take up to 10 days once the check is received). All options are available at Checkout.
Shipping Policy
We generally ship your order within one business day, but guarantee shipping within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in Shipping Terms at checkout. All orders are shipped via your choice of USPS Standard or Priority Mail.
International orders shipped via USPS International Mail and can take 6-10 days using Priority and 2 – 3 weeks using Standard Mail for delivery, however at times it can take longer depending on the mail service and customs. If you would like to use Registered Mail (additional $13) for guarantee of delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for items that are confirmed as delivered by USPS or will be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Delivery issues should be handled through USPS, however, if you are not sure of the status of your delivery or have reason to believe that we have made a mistake, please contact us.
International Customers  – Custom fees/import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local carrier before placing an order if you have any questions about fees that may apply.
EU orders may have a Royal Mail custom and processing fee charge. If you choose to not accept the package and have the item returned, you will be refunded for the item only AFTER the package is received, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
International shipments may not always have tracking available once it leave the USA. I cannot be held responsible for any shipments once it is scanned in through the post office.
Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
We strive to make your experience with JG Beaded Jewelry fast, convenient, and satisfying. Our services are guaranteed, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us right away. All items are either custom made per order or inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy of the goods. If you received your package in damaged condition due to unfavorable transit, please contact us immediately. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom orders are non-refundable.
